The PronoKal Group® is a multinational company working in the area of health and well-being. We specialises in weight loss treatments based on a multidisciplinary approach and carried out under the supervision of a team of health professionals, including doctors, nutritionists, physical activity trainers, and coaching professionals.
The PronoKal Group®: a Pioneering Company
We are currently working in over 15 countries worldwide and have treated more than 450,000 patients seeking to achieve a healthy weight under the care of 4,000 doctors, who every day put their trust in our protocols and methods, prescribing our treatments to the patients they treat in their clinical practice.
Since it was founded, the PronoKal Group® has used ketogenic diets—followed under medical supervision and with the support of a multidisciplinary team—to treat overweight and obese patients. PronoKal has become a pioneer in the innovative use of this method. What makes our programme different is our expertise in the management of ketosis and its use in the treatment of a range of conditions using a comprehensive method based on the work of a team of health professionals.
The approach was implemented for the first time in 2004 with the launch, in Spain, of the PronoKal® Method. This was the first multidisciplinary treatment for overweight patients carried out under strict medical control and based on a ketogenic diet. It represents a benchmark in the treatment of obese and overweight patients. Since 2009, the PronoKal Group® has expanded internationally, consolidating its presence in over 15 countries in Europe and the Americas.
Throughout the nearly 15 years since that successful launch, the company has worked continuously to provide patients and doctors with new treatment methods and health programmes targeting different types of patients: those with type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes; patients with a normal weight profile who want to deal with a cosmetic issue; overweight or obese patients suffering from lipoinflammation; patients who need to overcome nutritional deficiencies and want to improve their health; and so on.
